2 Queen Beds, 1 Bunk Bed (Full bottom, Twin top), plus single beds. Note:- 1 enclosed bedroom, 1 Mini Bedroom with a Full Sized Bed.

Rates:
- Rentals begin at $275 per night with a 3 night minimum depending on date. June, July and August are premium dates.
- Down Payment: 50% due at booking (credit cards, Venmo, Paypal). Balance in full is due 30 days before arrival.
- Security Deposit: $200 (refunded after a successful inspection).
