Rates:
- Rentals begin at $425 per night with a 3 night minimum depending on date. June, July and August are premium dates. 3% fee for cards. Discounted rates for the month of September.
- Down Payment: 50% due at booking (credit cards, Venmo, Paypal). Balance in full is due 30 days before arrival.
- Security Deposit: $200 (refunded after a successful inspection).
